Analysis of Fixed Frog
(1) The main diseases of fixed frogs
① Frog empty hanging. a. Improper tamping during maintenance, resulting in lower frogs, uneven front and rear, uneven softness and hardness; b. Only straight strands are rectified and curved strands are neglected; c. Road bed disease, mud and mud etc.; d. .Due to the misalignment of the joint caused by the replacement of the frog and the guide rails at both ends, the impact load of the train is increased, and the occurrence of empty cranes is accelerated.
②The inspection interval and the distance of the back guard are beyond the limit. The main reasons are loose fasteners, fork center wear, fat edges, and train impact.
③ The fork heart falls off the block. This is because the fork center is low, and the front and rear directions of the fork center are not good, resulting in a height difference, which increases the force of the fork center and causes the fork center to receive a greater impact force, and there is also the quality problem of the frog itself.
(2) Prevention and control measures
①The two shares are flat. When tamping, the fork core and front and rear joints should be tamped. The frog should be slightly higher than the guard rail, and the height, horizontal direction and gauge overrun of the front and rear joints of the frog should be eliminated in time.
②Clean the track bed of the frog part to prevent the mud from surging, and keep the drainage well.
③ Re-tighten the fastener bolts to meet the torque standard.
④ Polish frog and joint fat edge. When replacing the frog, the connection on both sides of the joint should be smooth.
⑤ Welding and repairing the fork core to drop the block. After welding repair, grind once every two days, twice after three days, and three times after one week, until the train has no fat edges.
2. The heart rail is vertically cut and not closely attached
(1) Reason
①The phenomenon of front and rear distortion due to poor track direction affects the vertical closeness of the heart rail.
②Short core rails and fork and pointed rails are carried around by single and bilateral gussets at the heel ends, resulting in the inability of turnouts and short pointed rails to expand and contract freely, which affects the vertical closeness of the core rails.
③ The position of the frog part was not straightened during the early laying, and the linear inclination of the core rail caused the distortion of the core rail, which resulted in the vertical cutting of the core rail of the turnout not being closely attached.
④The top irons and anti-jumping irons of various parts have the phenomenon of being carried to death, resulting in insufficient heart and rail exercises.
⑤ The traction force of the switch machine is too small and the stroke exceeds the standard, which does not meet the technical standards and affects the tightness of the heart rail.
①In the case of ensuring that the track direction of the outer straight strand is good, check the track direction and gauge of the center rail in the positioning state.
②The joint electric affairs inspects the stroke and traction of the heart rail, and if it does not meet the standard, it should cooperate with the electric affairs department for debugging.
③ Check the distance between the long and short core rails.
④ Check the alignment of the frog position, divert the first part of the basic rail (wing rail) to the outside according to the gauge and rail direction, and adjust the distance between the rails of each section.
⑤ Ensure that there are 0~1mm gaps between the four single and bilateral gussets at the heel end of the short center rail and the rail bottom. The tip rail can slide freely. To judge whether the short core rail can slide freely, you can draw a mark on the rear end of the short core rail to see if the marking line will move when the core rail is pulled.
